If OptimCare refuses to put the items we propose on the agenda, we (the owners) need the support of 25% of owners to convene the assembly ourselves, in line with Art. VI (5) of the statutes. Please fill in the form to add your vote to convening the assembly by the owners.

The request to convene must be signed. We will bring you the signature sheet or send it for signing.
