  • účasti na shromáždění SVJ, podpisu prezenční listiny a vznášení návrhů a námitek,
  • hlasování o všech bodech programu shromáždění SVJ, a to dle úvahy Zmocněnce,
  • hlasování per rollam a nahlížení do dokumentů SVJ.

Tato plná moc se uděluje na dobu konání shromáždění SVJ, včetně případného náhradního shromáždění.

Sign and file (also repeatedly) a request to convene the HOA assembly

Attend the HOA assembly for you, sign the attendance list and raise proposals and objections

Vote on the assembly agenda items – following your instructions, otherwise at the proxy holder's discretion

Vote per rollam and inspect HOA documents

✕ The proxy does NOT cover:

Voting on anything outside the assembly agenda

Disposing of your property or unit

Any legal acts other than those listed in the proxy

Representation after the chosen validity of the proxy ends
